From the front receptionist to the dentist, best customer service. The staff knew I was in alot of pain and assisted me as soon as they were available. Explained my situation thoroughly. Hands down very professional and caring

I found this place online and decided to check it out. Honestly, I have been so over the moon about the doctors and the people at the front desk. They are very kind and they are very helpful. They always answer all my questions and I’ve been getting such great treatment and service at all my appointments. They are really good about following up with you about your appointment and it’s really easy to reschedule if necessary. Be sure to take your ticket up with you so they can stamp it and then you exchange it for a coin from the sweet man at the front desk on the first floor to exit the lot.

Not easy to find a dental office in LA with so many but found one. Very relieved to find this one with Great doctor, great front desk staff. Dr Chan gives you detailed information about the treatment process and he is so nice and warm. Thank you!
