Before Your Appointment
At Joeun Dental Group, we value your time and will make every effort to ensure your visit is pleasant and timely.
If you have insurance, we would be happy to assist you in determining your benefits. Just make sure to provide us with your insurance information at the time you reserve your initial appointment. To save you time, we will get a complete breakdown of all your dental benefits before you arrive. The average coverage from insurances is usually between 50 to 100%, depending on the type of procedures performed and what kind of insurance you have. The remaining cost is your co-pay. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate based on what your insurance is supposed to cover. As a courtesy to our patients, we file and submit the claim for you. If for any reason your insurance does not cover the treatment rendered, you will be responsible for the unpaid portion. Again, we submit your insurance claim only as a courtesy to you.
During Your Visit
Your first visit is very important. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted and welcomed by our friendly staff. They will make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed during your check-in. Most importantly, you will meet your Dentist for the first time. Your Dentist will thoroughly evaluate your dental health and answer all your questions and concerns. Typically, a panoramic x-ray is taken using our state-of-the-art digital imaging technology. These high quality x-rays will be used to properly diagnose and compose a treatment plan that best fits you.
